Internationally renowned Cowboy Impressionist artist Toyah Taylor www.toyah.com has long had a passion for action-filled paintings – developed during his many years on the professional rodeo circuit. Timed to coincide with Winnsboro’s 54th annual Deep South PRCA Rodeo, this exhibit promises to thrill cowboys and appreciators of fine art alike.
